OK, on the Honest Merchant, the design is worth some work. Well, some ... Many characters are still missing and the font as is needs some serious cleaning to make it a [more] professional font. One example, the bottom of the 'w', but it is almost every letter. And, did you ever run a validation check? Many redundant points and Off-curve extreme coordinates. On the kerning, I see you have already put a lot of work in that. But it does not seem to be consistent, why 'Le' -36 and 'Lo' -12? And why a pair for 'Do' and not for 'De'?

Gentle Computer is that geometric that it is easy to make the font file. Hardly any kerning, except for the 'j' and fixed bearings - again except for the 'j'. All it lacks are the missing characters and the stand-alone accents.
Whiskey Town is not my kind of type. But that is a matter of taste. Proper kerning for that one will be time consuming, each and every letter pair has to be looked at. I don't think I want to do that.
Honest Merchant is my kind of type and deserves good kerning. Also time consuming, but far less than Whiskey Town. If you don't mind I'll have a look at this one this weekend.

What does the design look like? Can you show something?

If it is a good one it is a bargain but for that price it is probably not ...

Anyway you found out how to ... and that is good.

Keep the default avatar. It suits you better than anyone

I think the default avatar suits the name RollerMan perfectly!

Typewriter condensed opens fine. Which is, imho, the only thing good that can be said about that font. Never been cleaned-up after digitalization of a skewed scan. Brrr ...

None are password protected. That is, if you downloaded them from Dafont.

Which ones?

Fonts on Dafont are not password protected. So you must have found them somewhere else.
