Okay, firstly apologies if someone has already posted this question but so far i havent been able to find anything.

I previously downloaded a few fonts to my old computer and since getting a new one ive had to redownload a lot of my old software, including my fonts. The fonts SEEM to download okay, but whenever i try to get to the actual files, it says the folder is empty. so my question is: is this a problem with my actual computer or am i missing some sort of software?

i do have an extraction program (win. rar) does this work with these types of fonts or is there another i have to use?

some help here would really be appreciated :S

this happens sometimes. It seems to be a zipping software compatibility issue. Which version of winrar are you running ?

For me, it seems to be a problem of download.

Which folder is empty? And who is 'it'?

when i download the font file i get it in a folder. i right click and press "extract" and i get a message saying the file is empty

Then the download was aborted before it was finished.

is that a problem with my computer or internet or something?

No idea from here, can be either one. Try again, save the zip and remember where
Unzip and do a proper install. Avoid the Dumbo copy and paste and the even worse drag and drop.

it wont let me unzip it

sometimes we met incompatibility between the zip file and an unzipping software. Which one are you using ?

What's font ?
Did you have try to download it again ?
Try with a very lite font like this one : http://www.dafont.com/en/ps2.font
