Well, nearly all of those are 'commercial' fonts.. if you're looking for the exact font names then you're out of luck (for legitimate purposes). There are, however, numerous clones of some of those available which may have subtle differences (IE, close enough for government work).
The easiest way is to hand off the offending font files to someone who can edit existing fonts and fix the naming errors. A lot of the newer font-creation software will take care of some of this automatically.
