The 'S' looks like it comes from Searfont...

Do you mean this part?:
If so:
1) Make a shape behind the text with any color you want (in this case black)
2) Lower the opacity of the shape so you can see through it, but still see difference between the normal part and the part with the shape

Definatly based of Lucida Calligraphy...,
and the effect has to be done by hand (so not on the font itself) as both O's and L's differ...

Look at the S, R, A and the M! All differ from the image...
But still, Bebas Neue can be a great alternative as free font
