The sample looks like a not so well made hand-vinyl cut or so after the Modernist Stencil. I don't think, avipc, you'll find anything better.

Again, there is no such thing as "their" font. There are a load of tuscan variations around in the different charters and I don't see hoe they can claim'm all. In fact they can't claim anything but their other activities. But those they deny

Glutimax started it's life as the SandyTextHmk Bold, a Hallmark Cards font.
In 2012 Hallmark made a support zip-file for Hallmark Card Studio 2012 available, with 107 free fonts including SandyText and SandyTextBold.
The fontfile name is sandthb_.ttf.

The pdf, page 11 - 3/4 down - shows exactly that ABC and abc.
Next time do not enlarge your photo - or if you do, do it smart so that no pixelation shows and try to hold your camera/phone straight in front of the thingie you want to photograph. In that case you might stand the chance to get an ID for the handwriting.
