Next time do not enlarge your photo - or if you do, do it smart so that no pixelation shows and try to hold your camera/phone straight in front of the thingie you want to photograph. In that case you might stand the chance to get an ID for the handwriting.

Unfortunately I didn't enlarge it. The phone took the picture that way and I have no possibility of reshooting it. I thank you for your help, I just have to wing the handwriting.
