You don't use well the font.

It's not possible to change the color with the Windows font vizualiser.

If you want to use a font with Paint, start by install it correctly. http://www.dafont.com/faq.php#win
After, you will be able to use it in Paint (Tool Text) with the color you want.

For a simgle charactere, it's not necessary to use a font. Use an image (bitmap or vectorial) will be easyer.

C'est étrange. J'ai testé sur Word jusqu'à 50 an taille et je ne vois pas de problème (majuscules et minuscules).
Tu n'aurais pas forcé l'interligne ?

Il semble y avoir un problème de compatibilité avec Firefox, d'après ce que j'ai pu lire sur un sujet du forum anglophone : http://www.dafont.com/fr/forum/read/40575/font-download-buttons-don-t-work
Essaye un autre browser.
