Sakura matches Althea if you can italicize it in your program (faux italic). I can't find an italic or oblique version of Althea.
The font is in TTF format and you can find a lot here at Dafont.
If you mean how that was done, he used a font editor that is installed in his computer to create that font. How to make a font:
1. Create a drawing of your alphabet, or whatever you want to be in your font, in a graphics program that can produce vector images. If that graphics program is capable of generating a font, then you can create your font from that program. The font format depends on what your graphics program supports.
2. Import the vector drawing you've done in your graphics program into your font editor, then generate a font from there. Usually font editors supports all the common font types. Font editors are also capable of tracing bitmapped images. Unless you prepare the image well, like what metaphasebrothel does, it will need more work to make the resulting font to really look good.
3. Draw everything in your font editor. Font editors has drawing tools to create vector images comparable to what you have in your graphics program.
Titling Gothic FB Compressed Standard seem to match the letters
That's the Los Angeles Rams jersey font. I do not exactly know what it's name is but it is a proprietary font. It was created for and for the exclusive use of the LA Rams
Not an exact match for LEUNIGS but close. Apostrophe is different
Except for the P, it matches the Chancery fonts. If you can't find a font that matches the P, you can modify the P of a Chancery font.
There are chancery fonts that are bundled with operating systems. On MacOS, there is the Apple Chancery and Lucida Calligraphy on Windows.
If what you need is that the font will be available on demand on the web, then upload your font to a file host and share the download link to your teacher or whoever have to see your font. There are many file hosts out there. I use workupload.com. You do not need to sign up but your upload will be deleted 30 days after it was last downloaded.
If you want the font to be available here, it will take some time for it to be approved. If you've read the messages above, it's mentioned there that evaluation might take up to 6 months.

Qual é a fonte? ¿Cuál es la fuente? What is the source? [FLAMENGO]
True that the preview shown was that of Flamengo but remove the TIM logo and the font is the Adidas World Cup 2018 font.
Flamengo did not have exclusive use of the font. After the 2018 World Cup, the font was used by other clubs around the world whose football kits were sponsored by Adidas. Other Adidas sponsored clubs in Brazil might have used the same font.
Sorry for the edit of the above post, I clicked on the wrong reply link :(
