I can't figure out this font or at least what the base font might have been. I think someone took a font and made it tall. Thank you!

Not an exact match for LEUNIGS but close. Apostrophe is different

Very close, the S is different too. I tried Globe Gothic MN Bold Condensed by Mecanorma Collection also and it's close but there always seems to be one or two things off. It's driving my crazy lol
