The title - Sweeney Todd, The Demon... is hand-lettered and not a font.
The names are set in a font - but I cannot remember the name. It was big in the mid-1980s. It hung out with such popular fonts as University and Skjald. Sorry.

Do you have a better sample for us? This is small, and when I try to enlarge it to see the personality of each letter/number, it breaks apart.
