I'm not sure it is a font- the two Bs are not the same. Looks handwritten.

The M is a different font from the lower case letters. It's Studio Script
It looks like someone modified the H and E in Blakely for BALMSHELL - but used the font as-is for THE ULTIMATE MINI LIP GLOSS COLLECTION
