I _think_ that this is Magiona. The O is an alternate, and the ATIV are from the base typeface. But the N looks like it was constructed from the regular N and the alternate N by the designer.

The parallelogram-shaped dot on the I was added by the designer.
OK: this is a pre-digital typeface called Lawless, designed in 1961. The page that is linked to below gives a list of some related typefaces. From a quick look, Jeff Levine’s Snow Job looks pretty similar. See
