OK: this is a pre-digital typeface called Lawless, designed in 1961. The page that is linked to below gives a list of some related typefaces. From a quick look, Jeff Levine’s Snow Job looks pretty similar. See https://www.myfonts.com/collections/snow-job-font-jeff-levine.
