Are you talking about the logo of The Sims 4? I'm talking about the typeface used to write "TRONO E GLÓRIA, Como Quem Joga Moldou o The Sims 4 Pacote de Expansão Trono e Glória" in this picture. It's from a fan site, not an official channel, so I don't think it's a proprietary font.

"smeralda" looks more like Rossena (modified serifs on r and a), compressed vertically and a little horizontally as well.
