Kavaler Kursive works for me as a free version of Mandate. Mike Allard has a good reputation as an original fontmaker.
Although Dieter Steffmann's fonts are still offered at Dafont, a close examination of many of them has disclosed that they are rips of digital creations by other font makers
Many years ago he disclosed that he took digital fonts and "improved" them by extending the character set to include accented characters, etc.

EDITED
The original PINK PANTHER title was hand lettered during the 1960s in a bouncy or jumpy headline style using Latin [triangular] style serifs.
The image is the title version used for the recent Steve Martin remake of the movie. Similar but with noticeable differences such as the leg on the _R_. Still looks hand lettered.
A phototypesetting font from the 1960s, called Animated Latin -- NOT THE FONT -- is representative of the style. Patrick Broderick digitized it as Potrzebie -- NOT THE FONT -- in 1997. The only legitimate download is at the Rotodesign 1999 cached page. See link below.

So much for my suspicions

EDITED:
I have not found a chamfered font, including Jersey M54, that is not significantly wider than the LORDS letters.
I suspect that this is custom lettering.

The main title of the movie uses letters that resemble this poster.
If you look at the opening credits that follow you can see the same notching effect.
The credits are an edited version of a heavy Windsor.
The letters in _BLAZING SADDLES_ have rounded tips similar to Windsor but do not otherwise match Windsor.
I suggest that this is NOT A FONT.

Previously the Dinky Toys logo used a sloped Clarendon.
Clarendon is still used in the words _CLASSIC COLLECTION_.
I suspect this version of the logo is an edited version of a sloped Clarendon.
Note how letter weights and proportions are close to Superclarendon Bold Italic -- NOT THE FONT
An old design available from various foundries
Same thing happened to a person who made fonts based on lettering used by sports teams. IIRC his fontmaking name was "conman" or something like that. Anyway, the fonts seem to have been fully erased from the Internet.
When deep pocket companies vigorously expand the coverage of IP rights, there not much an individual can do in response.
Such is life...
Neuzeit Grotesk Black -- NOT THE FONT -- could serve as a substitute.
More letters on the group's other album covers

32°C: Looks like Maszynista Shadow
JAKARTA: Profil, a shadowed outline Clarendon from the Photo-Lettering era designed by Eugen and Max Lenz for Edouard Hoffmann (founder of Haas Typefoundry in the 1950s) 1n 1946.
No digital under the name Profil because a font of another design by Linotype is currently assigned the name Profile
Digitized by Bitstream as Decorated 035
More info:
https://fontsinuse.com/typefaces/7262/profil I did not find a match to this modern blackletter logo or find more letters in this exact style. Some similarity to simplified blackletters of the 1930s and 1930s such as Fanfare.
Perhaps you might ask the the pharmacist, Frau Sema Dehmer, if she has any information about the logo for the pharmacy.
