Cave The green text is OCR A Extended
It is a system font in Windows. I do not know about Macs
Could be the same person using different names
What is the name of the font here at Dafont?
What is the URL of the designer's page at Behance?
I am using RedEar's Font Renamer on Windows 10 64-bit without encountering any problem. If that's not the font renamer you are referring to, RedEar's renamer is available at

It appears that you can use webfonts in emails. I think that's a better option than actually embedding a font in the email. You can use a webfont from a paid subscription service, the free webfont service by Google Fonts or a webfont hosted on your own website.
I do not think you can upload Futura to your website. I do not know the EULA of fonts bundled with the Mac OS so better make sure that you are allowed to bring the font outside the confines of your computer before uploading a webfont of Futura to your website. Linotype/Monotype won't be happy if you do so.
As to fonts bundled with the Mac OS, see

I do not think it is advisable to use a font on your website that is supposed to be installed on a computer. There are just too many intangibles. As your experience showed, it is possible that it is not installed in the computer of your visitor. I suggest for you to use a webfont. If you are not willing to pay a subscription service then your best option is to use a font found in the Google Fonts archive (
https://fonts.google.com/). Google will host/serve the webfont for free. Better ask your designer to choose a font that is somewhat similar to Futura from there so that your website will look almost the same in whatever platform your visitor is in. Who knows he might even find another font that suits your website better.
As for email, does your email client support font embedding? I do not know what is the EULA of fonts bundled with the Mac OS but if embedding is allowed, that is the best way to go so that your email recipient will see the email as it was formatted in your email client. Otherwise your option will be limited to the generic sans, serif or monospace, and common named fonts like Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana, Georgia, and a few more... The drawback is that your email will be bigger because of the embedded font. Some mail servers do not accept attachments and they might consider embedded fonts as attachments.
You can use it as a guide - add your own conditions or remove conditions that you do not want.
Try to find a MyFonts EULA (End User License Agreement) and work from there. You can also use an Open Font License. Or as you said from another font. What you use and how it would come out depends on your preferences.
I had a short chat with the owner of Fontspace around the time I submitted my font, Sabbath Paranoid, there. I'm not sure if I still have that email. I might have deleted it already.
I first submitted my font here at Dafont and when it was approved, I then submitted it to Fontspace so that the font will be out on the same day. There was no delay there at that time. It appears that there is now. I have not submitted any of my fonts anywhere after Sabbath Paranoid. All fonts I've done after that are for personal use only.
I have seen new fonts posted there today. If you still don't see your font online. I think it's time for you to inquire if there is any problem with the font you submitted.
The last font I submitted there in late 2018 was online upon submission. It is possible that Fontspace had some policy changes and are now validating fonts before making them available for download. The site owner might have some help now because it was a one-man affair then. It won't be good for the site if you download fonts that have bad spacing. It is also very easy to abuse that "instant gratification" feature.
Fontspace always respond whenever I reached out to them. I use the site's contact form. The link is at the footer of every page.
Links to "Free" download of commercial fonts are not allowed here.
You will find the purchase options if you scroll down to the bottom of that page.
It's a commercial font so you need to buy it if you want to use it. Besides it is much cheaper than a commercial use license for my free fonts here at Dafont.
I am using an ancient version of Photoshop and I do not know if it is done the same in the version you are using. Here's two ways it is done in mine:
1. You select a character and then turn on or off OT features in Type -> OpenType
2. You manually select alternate characters in Type -> Panels -> Glyphs Panel All the characters in the font including "hidden characters" are accessible there.
It is an error on the part of the font author/designer. The error affects both M and m. I did not check the other letters. It is easy to fix but it has to be done by the font author/designer. Please send him a private message at

https://www.dafont.com/profile.php?user=880017 Contextual alternates in OpenType features might do the trick
The number two (2) appears to be a modified Agency FB
