Looks familiar. Do you have any more letters?
Heavier than Blackmoor, but has the same roots as Blackmoor and the narrowed and smoothed logo.
Narrowed and some smoothing. _R_ & _G_ made larger than LC.

Shutterstock calls this "Neon Blue Light Alphabet Vector Font" meaning that it was produced in a format like eps that can be used in programs like Illustrator. It does not seem to be currently available for sale. This title and the image ID of 283745342 reaches only a 404 at Shutterstock.
I found nothing closer in regular font formats like otf & ttf, than the font suggested by Heron2001.
ITC Cushing does not have Detroit serifs, but is otherwise very similar to AERO EASTERN MOTOR OIL.
Custom lettering design from circa 1940 using "Detroit"or "Mansard" serifs, which are a 19th century style. For example the font Plain Shade produced by MacKellar Smiths Jordan in 1874.
Similar to Cabbagetown, but this is NOT THE FONT.
For a wider version see the author's Outstanding, also here at Dafont.
Compare any two letters, such the _N_ in PRESIDENT and UNITED, and note significant differences.
A hand made creation.
Some similarities to Kennerley Old Style, when somewhat compressed in width, which is digitized under the name Kennerley by Berthold and Lanston, and under the name Kingsley by Red Rooster.
Compressed horizontally and custom dot on _I_
Digital design originally by Image Club Graphics (or ICG) and sold as Thor. ICG was a publisher of early digital fonts and clip art.
Active from 1985–98. Ended up as a division of Adobe.
No current legitimate download for Thor.
I don't know if the design existed in the pre-digital era.

Custom logo based on a redrawn 19th century grotesque.
Some similarities to Galderglynn Esq. with a weight between Bold and Black, but this is NOT THE FONT.
Some similarities to Helvetica Neue Ext Heavy, but this is NOT THE FONT.
Looks like originals were made by a milling machine, which creates a monoline stroke with rounded ends, rather than direct application of a common font.
For substitutes look at some DIN rounded fonts and fonts based on the Leroy lettering guide.
For example, Routed Gothic -- NOT THE FONT -- is a passable substitute
Most likely extracted from the Air New Zealand Logo
I did not spot anything similar as a font in the company's corporate reports, so I suspect that this is not a font.
