In case you miss the Plushy Shark too much, you can head to the nearest IKEA and ask for Blĺhaj

Somehow close? Maybe a good starting point? At least something quite similar.
People come here looking for a font to be identified. While we appreciate that you have a lot of knowledge and love sharing links about the history of fonts, people won't be able to use the font you have suggested unless there is a digital version of it. As you may have noticed, most of your links have to be edited to reflect the way we do things around here. You can absolutely share any additional information you would like to share in your message, but links need to ideally be filled with a digital downloadable version. Unless you can share a way to download MGB Patrician, I don't see how it can be the font from the sample if it can't be used in the first place. This sample has obviously been done with a digital version of the font, so the answer will reflect that. I also don't see how Verve doesn't match the sample provided. We would really appreciate it if you tried to blend in a little bit more by trying to adjust to the way we do things on this forum. Once again, we appreciate your knowledge and help but it would be better for everyone if you weren't confrontational every time someone gives a different answer like this.
Updates are reviewed manually indeed. I can see you have submitted several updates today. Those will be reviewed a bit later today most likely.
The answer is somewhere in your picture

Not sure if a version exists with Kazakh letters, but the Ә seems to be made from the Э in the same font. Maybe someone modified it for their purpose?
Hi,
The only thing we can do is update the font here to reflect the changes. You can submit updates via your account:
https://www.dafont.com/member_account.php
As you mentioned, everything is manually reviewed and hosted here so it would indeed not be possible to link directly to an external website to download a font.
