I have no idea what the font is, but it’s not Obelix Font, It doesn’t have the Kazakh letters and I need to find them but I can’t. Please help!

Not sure if a version exists with Kazakh letters, but the Ә seems to be made from the Э in the same font. Maybe someone modified it for their purpose?
