As long as your client knows that an exact match is unlikely as the sample is hand lettered.
My punt…Monterey. Add a stroke and a little shear and you are not too far off.

Depth of field issues in the sample posted mean its too out of focus to be 100%, but I'd be surprised if it's not…

There is an alternate cut called Asteroid Primo One which is slightly cheaper…and clearly the '10' has been scaled to fit cap height.
