It looks like someone used Telegrafico - and modified it - by removing lines....
Probably on your computer as Dom Casual
I don't know if it even exists. The closest I've seen is Sofachrome -

The D looks like it is from Scriptina
while the "y" is a Snell Bold one... but not the "s"

The ntoa - seems to be Garamond Bold Italic (don't know which manufacturer) that has been by someone on a computer, extended and obliqued a bit more than usual.

I have a feeling the original is not a font - but handlettered by the MD who R (registered) it.
Is the magazine still around? It was owned by ITC - and was a wonderful help each month as we would see the new faces being promoted... and a "must" have...
Close to U&lc would be Eloquent... (I always thought it was based on Bodoni/Didot myself...)
