The ntoa - seems to be Garamond Bold Italic (don't know which manufacturer) that has been by someone on a computer, extended and obliqued a bit more than usual.

Not the same - but same feeling would be DK Zonnig - http://www.dafont.com/search.php?q=Zonnig&text=Pampers
