I'm 99% sure that's Gotham that has been 'stencillified' in an editor (eraser in photoshop, illustrator etc.).

That's normal Lobster, not Lobster Two
I did have my doubts, hence the yellow, not green.

There is no'ş' glyph in the font, so I'm guessing the '¸' cedilla is added afterwards (it is in the font)
