Perhaps I'm overthinking this, but to me, it looks like a custom job done with Birch as the base and a lot of tweaking scale and baseline shift… It's only the 'Q' that doesn't fit, straight off the shelf

'BLACKSHARK' bears a lot of similarities to this one…possibly modified or based on?
With added 'caps lock' script abuse

Looks like some cut of University roman with a heavy rounded stroke added, but impossible (for me) to tell you which.
Hard to tell with the 'tasteful' leopard print infill, but I think that's…
