The A is modified or was found from a different/separate font. The majority clearly was Tiffany as you knew.
Possibly not a font. Two different Ks. A designer might have created, from scratch, a logo/TM for their business.

Oostende - looks like Old English, but the did not use the capital O - they used the lowercase and manually expanded it. Then the word was manually extended.
