I think you are right that it was handwritten. It reminds me of a thinned out black letter font - but I looked around and found something that just maybe you could substitute -- it doesn't look anything like the letters you show - but it has the same "feel." It's called Typoskript-AR:

It looks like SERVIENTREGA was ITC Eras Demi, that someone modified by obliquing it, condensing it, and then extending the bar on the letter A.
