I think you are right that it was handwritten. It reminds me of a thinned out black letter font - but I looked around and found something that just maybe you could substitute -- it doesn't look anything like the letters you show - but it has the same "feel." It looks like SERVIENTREGA was ITC Eras Demi, that someone modified by obliquing it, condensing it, and then extending the bar on the letter A.
