Un site qui fait du crowdsourcing déjà c'est bidon. Mais quand en plus les graphistes qui participent n'ont de talent que le nom, ça vole pas bien haut.
Première chose à faire, prévenir le site qui distribue ces tshirts.
Deuxième chose à faire, prévenir l'auteur de la typo.

It's hard to pick up one !
For now, i'm using A LOT of
Gotham. Because it's a modern font, but with a strict and classical look too.

Looks like Old English, but the J is different
the fontsquirrel thing is typically what can be called a "web2.0" app. It's an online generating tool.
In the fonts quoted by unqbogan, it's only a question of style (like these logos :

it looks hand drawn. Look at the N and the I, they are different.
