SexyElvis7, do you know the sample text can actually be "kept" in the link on MyFonts ? If you want to show an example, you can type your text on the font's page on MyFonts, click on the icon at the right of the custom text field, then click "permalink", and voilą

Cotillion looks almost identical, with the dots on the i's placed lower than Ballantines, similar to the posted image

If I understand this correctly, the Stylistic Sets feature is fully accessible in Adobe InDesign (also in MS Word 2010). Alternately, you can type the text in Illustrator, open the Glyphs panel, hunt for the actual glyphs, then copy/paste into Photoshop.

Some variation of Gabriola with stylistic alternates and swashes.
The 'p' looks like Murray Hill
Edit: nevermind - the 'p' is included in the Gabriola font set
Edit 2: the 'h' and 'y' are from stylistic set 7, the 'app' are from stylistic set 1
