Looking for this font with its specific alternative glyphs? FONT GENIUSES, UNITE!

I would assume the ornate nature of the alternative glyphs are pretty distinctive, someone must know this font by its special characters?
(The example above is from an article on typography, and I know that it's not a manipulation in Illustrator or the like - we're talking pure font.)
