Small scale for your letter images but this looks the the old time metal type version of Scotch Roman aka Scotch Modern. Name variations by different foundries.
Most digital versions are based on a larger font size than used for a dictionary. The small point sizes reduced contrast, expanded serifs and compressed descenders and ascenders.
The digital font that best recreates the small point Scotch typeface used in your dictionary is Nick Shinn's Scotch Micro and Scotch Micro Bold.

They are in style that was known as Grecian in the 19th century. Search on Myfonts and elsewhere using the term Grecian and you will find various possible substitutes. For example, Kairos Extra Bold or Black in the regular or condensed width.

The _A_ could perhaps be a modified version of the one in Kolega or direct from the Cyrillic _А_ or _Д_.

The letters are a pastiche of unusual and faux Russian. At least there is not a reversed _R_ for the _A_.

I should have been clearer in my original post that Fette Fraktur was the basis for the lower case and that the upper case was from something else.
