It's Tungsten Bold. The modified version is available under the name "Exergamer".

I'm going to add Humanist and Gothic to the options because more searches got me confused. Humanist, Grotesque, Neo-Grot, or Gothic?

You can go off into one of the shady sites to see if you can pirate the font, but Fontastique looks identical to me, as well as presumably the average person.

I am the author of Ginkgo (extended charset may soon be released commercially as Wagashi), and am wondering in which category my font would classify.

Here's a specimen of said font: http://i.imgur.com/rt2E1at.png

It looks like an effected version of Franklin Gothic. It's weird, because the E's and the N's have exactly the same shape.

Suggested font: Franklin Gothic

The logo font is based on Avant Garde, but is heavily modified. The menu and flashcards use a version of Raleway. The alternate lowercase a and W/w can be accessible in OpenType-enabled programs.
