Although Microsoft through all the upgrades from Windows 3 has always treated their customers as dummies up to the level of absolute idiots that have to be shielded from any knowledge and understanding of the operating system it is extremely worthwhile to defeat Microsoft and learn to understand what Microsoft is hiding from you.
It is very well worth the trouble and is something like understanding why not to us a saw to get a nail into the wood but a hammer.
Not a techy? there is nothing techy about it (techy is spelled as techie).
No-one needs to go into such length to make this as a font. As it is not a font but something hand lettered. You know, there are still people that can actually write. Strange thing in the SMS-thumbs world.
First of all get yourself
7zip.
You have associated zip files with Acrobat reader. Wrong. At the zip download choose for save instead of open. When saved right click the file and select open with and then browse fir 7zip file manager. Check the always box. Problem solved.
See, you could do it
You could, however, just looked for it here on dafont.

Still shouting. When will they ever learn?
Closest one found is the Bauhaus Heavy or Bold that came with Corel Draw. It is probably in between these two. The 'I' in the sample, however, does not fit, far too thin. In any case elongated to 120%.
Also see FattiPatti at Typoasis.
You
have been explained the what and how. So when you really desperately need that font ... for whatever illegal reason you want to use it for ... do something with that knowledge.
