It is included in the ZIP that you downloaded. It is named JuanitaBrushSmooth in TTF and OTF.

The font is listed as Juanita Brush Smooth Script in your application's font menu.

What made you say that it is a fake font? Do you have a basis for making such accusation?

I hope you will refrain from making that kind of accusation unless you have a basis for doing so. Perception is not an acceptable reason.
