I suspect, by the look of this that it was hand lettered, but you could do worse than Wisdom Script for Marvelous Minnisota

They are so close, but the 56° and the W in the body copy are what really make it a stand out IMHO. That's why it's hurting my head trying to find it.

That's the one, but it looks like it has an added stroke which has 'fattened' up the letterforms, so...Modified?
