Could be handwritten calligraphy.
In the general style of early eighteenth century English writing master, George Shelley.

Fonts? Too narrow, and thus also looks too light, but the letterforms are otherwise a match.

This seems to be an exact match for the Latin subset of some fonts used for non-latin languages like Oriya MN, Myanmar MN, AND Lao MN by Murasu Systems Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia. Confusing website.
However, Oriya, Myanmar and Lao are included in Apple's OS X. Unfortunately, if you use Windows I can't readily locate a legitimate source.
The Latin subset of these fonts is the same as the other MN fonts: Malayalam MN, Tamil MN, Gurmukhi MN, Kannada MN, Khmer MN, Lao MN, Sinhala MN, Telugu MN ....

BTW the font seems to have been made by clipping the serifs off Times New Roman and making a few minor modifications.

Width manually expanded.

Another MN font showing the Latin subset character set. Same as the other MN fonts: Malayalam MN, Tamil MN, Gurmukhi MN, Kannada MN, Khmer MN, Lao MN, Myanmar MN, Oriya MN, Sinhala MN, Telugu MN ....

Suggested font: Bangla

Handel Gothic, designed by Donald Handel for FotoStar in 1965.

Mesquite, designed by Joy Redick for Adobe Systems in 1990, as part of the Adobe Wood Type series.

Or perhaps an edited Carisma

These thick and thin/stressed sanserif letters could perhaps be an edited font such as Peignot

The bridge and entry gate to Santa Monica Pier were built in 1938 by the federal Works Project Administration.
This is sign lettering in the Art Deco style of the late 1930s and is not derived from any particular font.
Don
Lettering, but here is a font with a somewhat similar effect.
It's based on the Superman logo

AYUDA!! Dan X. Solo used the name Laurel for this Victorian ornamented Tuscan in his catalog of old typefaces.
Also digitized by Jessica Slater as Summer Fair.

Matches Alt Gotisch Einfach with edited _K_ and _H_ and the bites filled in on the wedge and bite terminals.
A Victorian ornamented font thatwas also digitized by as Emporium by Paul LLoyd.
Matches _PARA_. But _BELLUM_ is either extensively edited -- cove instead of slab serifs & terminals etc. -- or from another source.
Don
Handlettered.
However, the foxtail terminal on _r_ is similar to Latienne URW Bold, which also has tiny serifs.
Otherwise not a match.
