This seems to be an exact match for the Latin subset of some fonts used for non-latin languages like Oriya MN, Myanmar MN, AND Lao MN by Murasu Systems Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia. Confusing website.

However, Oriya, Myanmar and Lao are included in Apple's OS X. Unfortunately, if you use Windows I can't readily locate a legitimate source.
