Nah! The whole block of text has been set on the upright (in Broadway

) along with the coloured bars at the foot, then sheared, as a whole. Besides, the 'a', 'u' and 'n' are wrong in RitzFLF Italic and its not quite italic enough...

You would struggle to recreate this using Collegiate, as the letterforms are already stroked. The font you are looking for is the white letters in your sample. The black and yellow stroke are FX added later. Hence my suggestion 'Varsity'. Freshman would also work with modification if it's given a white offset infill and then a yellow stroke around the whole block of text...
