The font used in the Spiderman movies is Mata from T-26. All other fonts that look like it are unoffical and unauthorized reproduction of Mata.

You have to italicize (faux italic) the font to get what's on the image.

It is not a font like the ones you download here at Dafont but it is a font on plastic sheets that you rub to transfer the letters to paper, like the ones shown here - https://www.google.com/search?q=mecanorma+transfer+sheet&tbm=isch

If you know someone who has an old Mecanorma catalog, you might find it there.

It is confirmed that Themis Display is a custom font for the Ministry of Justice of France.

Based on the name of the font and who uses the font, it is very likely that this is a custom font for the French Ministry of Justice. It is also likely that Grapheine designed the font as that is what's on the font's copyright.

Although I already told you what the font is, I am posting a reply here for the benefit of others who might be interested to know the name of the font.

Sorry, I do not know of a legitimate download site. It is a Chank font but it is no longer avaiable as commercial or free font at their website.
