There's no font named "The Seasons" on dafont.
(and if there's a password on it, you definitely did not download it from dafont)

There's nothing like "minimum/maximum file size and dimensions", the problem is about the zooming factor.
You enlarged your image like 1600% before uploading it.

Any pic is OK, as long as it's not all blurry due to enlargement.
That's the only condition regarding images uploaded on the forum.
