Likely handwritten: the /! aren't identical.
Hand written: all the /E are different.
Looks like it fits both sizes.
The font is called New Strike from Warehouse Type Foundry - Geneva Switzerland by Johann Terrettaz, but from what I can read it is not currently available. You can see samples on some of the web pages, but the links are under construction...

Nike shows font called Grid Iron Block Outline which seemingly matches sample. Can be seen in pdf:

I also believe it's handwritten: /a, /e. /o, /s are not the same.
