Looks like the heart swash comes from elsewhere.

The swashes are a part of the typeface.

And this should be the typeface for the names.

The above was an ID fro “CUTENESS.” For “Cosmic LOONA,” I think that it’s Cuteness, with some horizontal expansion, and maybe the dot on the i was clipped.

There seem to be various renderings of the typeface, including one preinstalled in MS Windows. So the one I offered is one of many. It does have the on-the-baseline comma and the double-struck brackets
