Maybe Medium weight? There is also a Cobya Variable, you you could probably get an exact match that way, if you need it.

The fancy version of the letters are found under Swash using the MyFonts tester (see the ff meny).

The typeface has all kinds of swashes and stylistic sets for the variations in your sample.

This may be a clone of Berthold Block of some kind, but it reproduces the distressing from the sample.

The O is probably a designer’s addition. The rest is Tan-Buster, for sure.

I think Psilograph is right, but I’m not convinced about the weight.

I think this is it, except that the designer changed the T, and tucked the M behind a graphic element.
