The correct font is Grock, digitized by D.X. Solo and available on a CD sold with the Dover Book of Art Deco Alphabets, but I am not aware of any separate legitimate download.

Heaven Gate is good for the _C_ and _M_ which are also found in Billy Argel's new font, Heaven Matters, which also has a matching lower case. The star for the _i_ is custom.
p.s. This stumped me so I produced an excerpt and asked in MyFonts forum. Tecnotronic pointed me in the right direction. Amazing font ID skills.
