This started life as Care Bear Family, but it has been heavily modified: the straight l was replaced by a looped one, the k lost part of its loop, and it and the h had their tops cut back a bit. Finally the a lost a pointy serif.

Family is named Pattern, and this sample is from Pattern No. 4 Coarse Bold. The URL links directly to No. 4 Coarse Bold.
It looks like Armada Regular Condensed, but skewed in some graphics program.
Like the "BIG" in your other request, the sample has some vertical compression added.
The original text was vertically compressed from the original.
Pretty sure it’s Corinthia, from Google’s type collection. A designer did some modifications (thickening the stroke, and horizontal compression at least) to get to your sample.
It looks like the typeface is Corben, 400 weight. I think the distressing and the filled-in characters (like an old typewriter) were added by the designer.
Set AUDITION in lower case (audition) to get your sample.
This should be for WESTON, CT. It's the 7th down from the top.
