For this the Holly Script was used. Wit this apostrophe Castcraft's OPTIHolly. Nick Curtis' Quigley Wiggly comes close enough though I think, you just have to use an apostrophe from another font.

Futura Stencil, Sans Stencil, Glaser Becker Stencil, Glendale-Stencil, Futurist Stencil, etcetera. Best match would be the Templett Bold.

With this A you want the Monotype Garamond. Manually stretched.
You want the Bitstream version if you want that accent acute.
