This matches a Johannes Wagner Foundry font from 1912 called Aurora Grotesk which was the go to big sign font for many years.

The word Cutter was made by horizontally expanding Phoenix Script FLF, altering the _t_ cross stroke to make _tt_ and some minor tweeks such as sharpening the tip of the upper terminal of _C_.
Compare the image to:
Phoenix Script FLF was designed by Richare Ware in 1990-92 and was published by Casady & Greene.
