My client wants to replace his old lettering. Does anyone know what this font is?

Because this was painted onto the boat (I'm assuming that where this is located) it is hard to tell what the original font they used as it's model would be. I can think of two fonts that might be okay with your client - because they have the same "feeling."
Commerical Font: Signkit Script from Letterhead
Dafont.com Font: Hemmet:

It's for personal use only - if they like it please get in touch with the designer:

NEITHER ARE THE FONT.
Thanks for trying! It's vinyl on an old RV camper so I haven't had any luck either. I'll probably have to recreate it.
The word Cutter was made by horizontally expanding Phoenix Script FLF, altering the _t_ cross stroke to make _tt_ and some minor tweeks such as sharpening the tip of the upper terminal of _C_.

Phoenix Script FLF was designed by Richare Ware in 1990-92 and was published by Casady & Greene.
p.s. in my original post I forgot to check if this C&G font was hosted at Dafont. Thanks Heron2001
