Does anyone know what this font's design is based on top of? The underlying typeface without the branches and weathered design -- does something exist along those lines?

Love this font, it'd be heaps better if you had've made the lower case slightly smaller and without tree elements though to mix it up a bit!!!!!!!! :D Awesome font though, great idea and well executed.
