Alex Elegudin first started in the non-profit sector, where he worked on and founded numerous programs dedicated to addressing areas of need for those with disabilities. Several programs Alex Elegudin founded received recognition and awards for impact. In this role, Alex Elegudin was able to directly support and advocate for people with disabilities, which brought him great pleasure and allowed him to gain a deep knowledge around existing issues and barriers.
